Where to Apply:
Base of the palm, over the carpal tunnel area (just below the wrist crease, in line with the middle of your palm).
How to Apply:
- Start with clean, dry skin on your palm.
- Gently flex your hand back so the skin over the carpal tunnel area is slightly stretched.
- Peel the backing off the patch.
- Place the center of the patch over the carpal tunnel area at the base of the palm.
- Press firmly for 5–10 seconds to activate adhesion and create gentle lift.
- Wear for up to X hours or as recommended on the package.
- Remove slowly and discard after use (single-use design).
